摘要（英）：
The present invention relates to a root plant extract with increased useful ingredients and a method for producing the same, and the method for preparing a root plant extract with increased useful ingredients according to the present invention is an optimal solution capable of solubilizing the macromolecular polysaccharides of root plants rich in saponin content. The conditions were confirmed, and by introducing a drying step and an enzyme treatment step to optimize useful ingredients, there is an effect that, unlike conventional root plant extracts, can broaden industrial utilization.
