본발명은질소-도핑된그래핀-금속복합체제조방법, 이를이용하여제조된질소-도핑된그래핀-금속복합체및 이를포함하는에너지저장디바이스에관한것이다. 한구체예에서상기질소-도핑된그래핀-금속복합체제조방법은산화그래핀혼합액과금속폼을수열반응하여상기금속폼표면에환원된산화그래핀(rGO) 코팅층을형성하는단계; 및상기코팅층이형성된금속폼을질소도핑제를이용하여 450~550℃에서열처리하여질소를도핑하는단계;를포함한다.

The present invention relates to a nitrogen-doped graphene-metal composite manufacturing method, a nitrogen-doped graphene-metal composite manufactured using the same, and an energy storage device including the same. In one embodiment, the nitrogen-doped graphene-metal composite manufacturing method includes the steps of forming a reduced graphene oxide (rGO) coating layer on the surface of the metal foam by hydrothermal reaction between a graphene oxide mixture and a metal foam; And heat-treating the metal foam on which the coating layer is formed at 450 to 550° C. using a nitrogen doping agent, thereby doping nitrogen.
