The present invention is lithium lanthanum zirconium oxide (LLZO) represented by Chemical Formula 1; bookbinder; And a plasticizer; it relates to a composite solid electrolyte containing. The all-solid lithium secondary battery and its manufacturing method of the present invention include a plasticizer in the solid electrolyte (LLZO+PEO), thereby lowering the operating temperature of the all-solid lithium secondary battery, and improving ionic conductivity and safety.
