The present invention provides: a compound represented by chemical formula 1; an organic electric element comprising a first electrode, a second electrode, and an organic layer placed between the first electrode and the second electrode; and an electronic device comprising the organic electric element. By including the compound represented by chemical formula 1 in the organic layer of the organic electric element, the driving voltage of the organic electric element can be lowered, and the luminous efficiency and service life thereof can be improved.
