리튬을도프및 탈도프할수 있는물질의표면에다공성혹은헤테로(Hetero) 원소로도프된탄소재질피막을제조하여표면을개질하는방법이다. 상기피막은고분자성이온액체의탄화물질, 혹은탄화된고분자성이온액체에일체화된탄소나노튜브로구성된복합체박막이며, 상기기술을통하여전해액과의계면안정성이우수하고, 이온전도성·전기전도성·열적안정성등이우수한전기화학소자의제조방법을제공하는것이다.
