The image sensor can comprise an array of pixels with active pixel. Active pixels can generate an image signal in response to incident light. The image sensor may also include a power source and a booster circuit. Power may provide a supply voltage signal having a first noise component, the active pixel. Booster circuit may provide a control signal having an inverted version of the second noise component of the first noise component to the active pixel. The control signal has a second noise component may be used in removing the first noise component, the noise component undesirable (e.g., power supply noise). The booster circuit comprises an operational amplifier, may comprise a capacitor and switches coupled to the two input terminals and one output terminal of the operational amplifier in a variety of configurations.
