클라이언트의동영상시청트래킹방법및 장치가제공된다. 클라이언트로부터 VOD(video on demand) 요청에대응하는 VOD 파일을구성하는모든조각파일들중에서설정개수의조각파일들의리스트를포함하는제1 재생목록파일을클라이언트로제공한다. 이후, 클라이언트로부터재생목록요청이입력되면, 클라이언트의상기조각파일들의재생상태를예측하고, 예측결과를토대로설정개수의조각파일들의리스트를포함하는제2 재생목록파일을생성하여클라이언트로제공한다.

The client watching video tracking method and apparatus are provided. Provided from the client to the first playlist file containing the list of the fragment of the set number of all the files that make up a piece of VOD file corresponding to the (video on demand) VOD request to the client. Then, when the playlist request received from the client, to predict a reproduction state of the client the fragment of, and creating a second play list file containing a list of the fragment of the set number based on the prediction result and provides it to the client.
