To increase efficiency and power output of the solar battery management system and its use, and method of manufacturing. Management system provides an electric field across the one or more solar cells. The additional field is added to the force for both electrons and holes generated by the light incident on the solar cell, the electron toward the electrode of the solar cell-accelerates the electron-hole pairs. Solar control system allows for the configuration change of the solar cell in order to maximize the power output of the solar cell. The accelerated electron-hole pairs is lower is the potential to recombine in the semiconductor material of the cell. Electron-hole recombination due to this reduction in rate, and the efficiency of the solar cells increased as a whole, the power output is greater.
