The precise immunoreactivity for food allergens as compositions and methods for feature analysis, which are the test surface provided for introducing the different food antigen preparations derived from the same food to individual test sites, compositions and methods have been developed. The coated surface may be generated by using the raw food (raw food) and cooked food (cooked food). Use of a panel of such a test surface to characterize the specific IgG, IgA, and / or C1q binding provides an improved sensitivity and accuracy in determining the immunoreactivity and responses to certain foods.
