본발명은에틸렌을올리고머화하는방법에관한것으로, 보다상세하게는에틸렌기체를니켈함유메조다공성촉매를이용하여 1차올리고머화반응을진행하여주로 C4 이상의에틸렌올리고머를얻은다음, 이온교환수지등을이용하여 2차올리고머화반응을통해서주로 C10 이상의에틸렌올리고머를제조하는방법에관한것이다. 본발명에따른에틸렌올리고머제조방법을이용할경우, 에틸렌을 1단계로올리고머로전환하는종래의기술에비하여촉매의비활성화를유발하지않으면서도 C8 ~ C16 에틸렌올리고머를높은수율로제조할수 있다.

本发明的涉及一种用于乙烯低聚的方法,更具体地涉及主要或多种C4低聚物通过使用含镍的中孔催化剂的乙烯气体进行到第一低聚反应,离子交换树脂,如得到乙烯 更具体地说,涉及通过二次低聚反应生产C10或更高乙烯低聚物的方法。 当根据本发明使用的乙烯低聚物的生产过程中,它可以在不相比,用于在高产率一步切换到乙烯的低聚物的常规技术造成催化剂的失活来制备连C8〜C16乙烯低聚物。

The present invention the relates to a method for oligomerization of ethylene, more particularly, to obtain an ethylene mainly or more C4 oligomer by using a nickel-containing mesoporous catalyst for ethylene gas proceeds to the first oligomerization reaction, ion exchange resins, such as used in to a method of producing a mainly C10 or more ethylenically oligomer through the secondary oligomerization. When using the ethylene oligomer production process according to the present invention can be produced even C8 ~ C16 ethylene oligomers without causing deactivation of the catalyst as compared to the conventional techniques for switching to an oligomer of ethylene in one step in high yield.
