본발명은그람양성박테리아또는그람음성박테리아에특이적으로결합하는 DNA 압타머에관한것으로, 다양한그람양성또는그람음성박테리아에높은친화성을갖는 DNA 압타머를찾기위하여 Toggle-SELEX와 Cell-SELEX라는방법을접목시켜 Toggl-Cell-SELEX 방법을연속적으로세 차례수행하여세 가지박테리아에결합력을가지는단일가닥 DNA 압타머를선별하였으며, 이를유효성분으로하여다양한박테리아에대해신속하게검출할수 있는바이오센서나특이적인병원성박테리아에대한예방및 치료에유용하게이용할수 있는 DNA 압타머에관한것이다.

Of the present invention is Gram-to-positive bacteria or Gram on specific DNA aptamer that binds the negative bacteria, Toggle-SELEX and Cell-SELEX to find the DNA aptamer has a high affinity for a variety of Gram-positive or Gram-negative bacteria biosensors that way were grafted by screening the single-stranded DNA aptamer having a binding affinity to the three bacteria by performing three times in a row the Toggl-Cell-SELEX method, can be rapidly detected in different bacteria to them as an active ingredient or it relates to a DNA aptamer that can be usefully used in the prevention and treatment of specific pathogenic bacteria.
