New metal complex is particularly suitable as a gas phase thin film process, such as precursor for the manufacture of a functional layer by CVD, MO-CVD, ALD and MOVPE. Additionally, it is also suitable as an olefin-amine hydrochloride and Purification catalyst for olefin polymerization.
