本发明通过使用代替使用所述热固性丙烯酸类聚合物的制造无表面活性剂的聚合性亲水性丙烯酸类单体，以固定所引起的使用表面活性剂的粘合剂，透气防灰雾-特性劣化，在蒸汽，耐热性， 并且具有优异的耐湿性和耐久性。
摘要（英）：
The present invention by using a polymerizable hydrophilic acrylic monomer in place of using no surface active agent in the thermosetting acrylic polymer production, to fix the anti-fogging property degradation caused by the use of surfactants adhesive, breathable, in steam, heat resistance, durability and excellent resistance to moisture present invention relates to an excellent anti-fogging coating material composition.
