본발명의일실시예는극미세화되고평면이방성이감소된미세조직을구비하여기계적특성과가공성이우수한금속판재제조방법및 이에의한금속판재를제공한다. 본발명의실시예에따른조직제어에의한평면이방성저감금속판재제조방법은 (ⅰ) 금속재료및 다이를준비하는단계, (ⅱ) 금속재료가다이를통과하도록하여등통로각압축공정(Equal Channel Angular Pressing, ECAP)을수행하는단계, (ⅲ) 상기의 (ⅱ)단계를반복수행하여압축금속재료를획득하는단계및 (ⅳ) 압축금속재료를압출하여금속판재를획득하는단계를포함한다.

本发明的一个实施方案提供了一种制造具有极其细小的并且具有降低的平面各向异性并且具有优异的机械性能和加工性能的金属板材的方法以及由此得到的金属板材。 本发明的一个实施方式的平面状的各向异性的还原金属板的制造方法包括以下工序:(i)准备金属材料和模具,(ii)通过金属材料, (ECAP),(iii)重复上述(ii),得到压缩金属材料,(iv)挤压压缩金属材料,得到金属板。
