본명세서는스폿용접건의용접팁의오염도및 정렬상태등을검사함에있어서시간단축및 검사효율을향상시킬수 있는검사장치및 방법을개시한다. 본명세서에따른용접팁검사장치는용접팁의선단면및 측면촬영영상을통해서용접팁의오염도및 정렬상태등을검사할수 있다. 특히, 외부하우징의내부수용공간에설치된내부하우징을통해서용접팁을촬영할때, 외부광원으로부터발생할수 있는노이즈를차단하여보다선명한영상을이용하여용접팁의오염도및 정렬상태를검사하여검사의정확도를향상시킬수 있다.

This specification discloses a testing device and method that can improve the efficiency in examination time and an examination as contamination and sorting condition of the spot welding gun welding tips. Weld tip testing device according to the disclosure may inspect the contamination, etc., and alignment of the weld tip condition through the distal end face and the side captured image of the welding tip. In particular, when taking a welding tip through the inner housing installed in the accommodation space of the outer housing, by using a more clear image by blocking noise that may occur from an external light source check for contamination and alignment of the weld tip accuracy of the test It can be improved.
