The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition which is a pharmaceutical composition comprising a poly-ribonucleotide (RNA) and cationic agent, formulated in a solid dosage form for administration to the gastrointestinal tract (GI tract). The invention also relates to a method for systemic delivery of the RNA, comprising administering to such uses and pharmaceutical compositions of these pharmaceutical compositions for the systemic delivery of the RNA to the GI tract. Furthermore, the invention relates to kits.
