The present invention provides a self-closed material plasticized with a rubber composition comprising the agent, the inorganic blowing agent and a highly water-absorbing resin of the rubber component, the rubber component agent is a natural rubber and EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) rubber, the inorganic blowing agent is bicarbonate and sodium, wherein said superabsorbent resin relates to the sodium polyacrylate in a closed magnetic material and its manufacturing method.
