公开了一种用于减轻自干扰的方法和基站，其中在用于发送多个下行链路控制信道的资源区域中配置重叠区域，重叠区域是从其自身干扰的影响的资源区域 由于必须去除终端的上行链路通信，并且关于重叠区域的信息被发送到连接到基站并且经由FDR进行通信的终端。
