本发明涉及一种光吸收剂化合物，其不仅不包含Pb等的有毒重金属，而且还表现出具有高效率的优异的光吸收率; 其制造方法; 和具有该太阳能电池的太阳能电池。 光吸收剂化合物具有包括一价阳离子，二价钯阳离子和一价卤素阴离子的特定化学结构。
摘要（英）：
The present invention relates to a solar cell comprising a light absorbing compound which enables providing the solar cell having a high efficiency, as well as do not contain toxic heavy metals, exhibits a superior light absorption, such as Pb, and a method for producing them. The light absorbing compounds are those having a specific chemical structure is given one including a cation, a divalent palladium cation and a monovalent halogen anion.
