本发明涉及：由化学式1和化学式2表示的化合物; 包含所述化合物的禾本科杜氏提取物提取物; 一种组合物，其包含用于改善酒精饮料味道的禾本科植物提取物（Hovenia dulcis Thunberg extract），纯化的禾本科植物提取物Thunberg提取物等; 包含与有效成分相同的酒精饮料组合物; 以及酒精饮料组合物的制备方法。 当将根据本发明提取的化合物等添加到醇饮料组合物中时，可以减轻酒精饮料特有的尖锐味道和苦味。
