관통구멍의위치의변동이억제된증착마스크를제작할수 있는금속판을제공하는것을목적으로한다. 열처리전의샘플에있어서의 2개의측정점간의거리에대한, 열처리전후에서의거리의차의백만분율을, 열복원율로서정의한다. 이경우, 각샘플에있어서의열 복원율의평균값이 -10ppm 이상 +10ppm 이하이고, 또한, 각샘플에있어서의열 복원율의편차가 20ppm 이하이다.
摘要（英）：
For its object to provide a metal plate for creating a vapor-deposition mask is suppressed fluctuations of the position of the through hole. The second parts per million of the distance from, the heat treatment before and after the distance between the measuring points of the sample before heat treatment, is defined as a heat bokwonyul. In this case, the mean value of the heat bokwonyul + -10ppm or more and 10ppm in each sample, and also, a deviation of no more than 20ppm heat bokwonyul in each sample.
