본발명은, (1) 광촉매입자를물에분산시켜코팅용액을제조하는단계; (2) 광섬유와일반섬유를혼합하여광섬유직물을제조하는단계; (3) 상기제조한코팅용액에광섬유직물을담지시켜광섬유직물표면을광촉매입자로코팅한뒤, 건조시키는단계; (4) 상기광촉매로코팅된광섬유직물을건조시켜광섬유직물복합체를얻는단계를포함하는광촉매가코팅된광섬유직물복합체의제조방법및 이에의해제조된광촉매가코팅된광섬유직물복합체에관한것이다.

本发明涉及一种光催化剂涂覆的光纤织物复合材料的制备方法和由此制备的光催化剂涂覆的光纤织物复合材料。 光催化剂涂覆的光纤织物复合材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)通过将光催化剂颗粒分散在水中制备涂层溶液; (2)通过将光纤与普通纤维混合来制备光纤织物; (3)通过将光纤织物浸渍在制备的涂布溶液中,用光催化剂颗粒涂覆光纤织物的表面,并干燥该产品; 和(4)通过干燥涂覆有光催化剂的光纤织物来获得光纤织物复合材料。 光催化涂层光纤织物复合材料可以通过吸附和分解地下水中的重金属和不可生物降解的有机污染物去除。

The present invention, (1) by dispersing the photocatalyst particles in water to prepare a coating solution; (2) preparing a fiber fabric by mixing the fiber with conventional fibers; (3) placing the fiber behind the fabric surface by impregnating the fiber fabric into the above prepared coating solution was coated with the photocatalytic particles, drying; (4) a method for producing the fabric and thus the fiber composite material is produced by coating the photocatalyst of the photocatalyst-coated optical fiber composite fabric, comprising the step of obtaining a fiber composite fabric was dried to a fiber fabric coated with the photocatalyst.
