본발명의헤테로스페로이드(hetero-spheroid) 제조방법은세포크기조절을통하여췌장소도단일세포의생존율을향상및 영양분공급을원활히하고, 이식전 및후에혈관내피성장인자(vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)) 및 CD31을많이발현시켜신생혈관생성을촉진하고, 항괴사유전자인 Bcl-2 유전자발현을증가시키고세포괴사관련단백질의양을감소시켜세포괴사억제를확인함으로써당뇨병치료를위한취도세포이식방법으로유용하게사용될수 있다.
摘要（中）：
本发明的异型球体的制备方法：提高胰岛细胞的存活率，通过控制细胞大小顺利地提供营养; 通过在移植前后充分表达血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）和CD31促进血管生成; 并通过增加作为抗细胞坏死基因的Bcl-2基因的表达，并减少与细胞坏死相关的蛋白质的量来证实细胞坏死的抑制。 因此，异种球的制备方法可以有效地用作移植用于治疗糖尿病的胰岛细胞的方法。

The present invention of the hetero spheroid (hetero-spheroid) manufacturing method is cell size to adjust the through pancreatic islet single cell survival improvement and feeding a smooth and transplantation before and after the vascular endothelial growth factor (vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) ) and CD31 for highly expressed by a chwido cell transplantation methods for treating diabetes by identifying promote neovascularization, and anti-necrotic gene Bcl-2 increased the gene expression and cell death suppressed by reducing the amount of cell death related proteins advantageously it may be used.
