The damping layer comprises a plurality of yarns that are combined to form a fiber, and at least a portion of the yarn is a synthetic foam cider. These fibers made of a mixture of the foaming and non-foaming hapseongsa may be relatively strong, light and to use a foam material more efficiently. Foamed synthetic lives may be formed of the upright loop to provide additional resilience and damping.
