According to various embodiments of the present invention, when the silicon nanowire surface prepared by solution etching method of the present invention is a conventional silicon nano and and a descender line very rough structure, so the surface of the sun light is incident to the rough silicon nanowire surface, light increasing part which can absorb, and not only can be competitively occurs hydrogen generation and increase selectively reduced efficiency of carbon dioxide and at the same time solving the same side reaction occurs much problem in the carbon dioxide reduction with use with pyridine , in the technology to convert carbon dioxide into fuel by using a conventional solar energy, it can solve the problems which require a high voltage.
