본 발명은 주차 유도 및 관리시스템(1)에 관한 것으로, 입구로 접근하는 차량(10)의 운전자에게 주차 및 충전 가능여부에 대한 정보를 제공하는 입구 안내수단(3); 상기 주차장 입구로 근접한 상기 차량(10)에서 발생하는 열을 감지하는 열감지수단(5); 상기 주차장에의 입차를 위해 상기 입구로 근접한 상기 차량(10)을 감지하는 입차 감지수단(7); 전기차의 입차가 감지된 때, 충전 가능한 전기차전용 주차면(25)의 위치를 상기 전기차의 운전자에게 안내하는 전기차 안내수단(9); 각각의 상기 주차면(23,25)에서의 상기 차량(10) 입출을 감지하는 차량 감지수단(11,11',11"); 상기 전기차전용 주차면(25)에 주차된 전기차를 충전하는 충전수단(13); 및 상기 차량(10)의 전기차 여부를 판정하고, 상기 입구 안내수단(3)을 제어하는 제어수단(15);을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하며, 따라서 전기차에 대해서 주차장 입차 이유를 확인하고, 입차 이유에 부합하는 최적의 주차 또는 충전 정보를 운전자에게 제공하므로, 전기차의 주차 편리성을 일층 향상시킬 수 있게 된다.
