The present invention relates to a catalyst for the multi-walled carbon nanotubes, and more specifically to the synthesis of multi-wall carbon facilitate the dispersion of the nanotubes, and catalysts for the multi-wall carbon nanotubes that can significantly improve the conductivity , to a multi-wall carbon nanotubes synthesized by the catalyst preparation method and the catalyst.
