The seat occupant sensor housing is provided. The seat occupant sensor housing, in order to secure the capacitance sensor to the toilet seat of the hot water cleaner, comprising a fastening member and the cover member that protrudes from the side wall of the seating member, and a seating member for seating the capacitive sensors, seating member including the fitting projection in the side wall, and fastening members are configured and arranged to secure the cover member and the seating member on the toilet seat, and the lid member is folded against the side wall of the seating member to engage the fitting projection and the fitting.
