The present invention relates to a respiratory inflammation animal model and use thereof, specifically, the manufacturing method of the respiratory tract inflammation animal models including the step of causing respiratory inflammation by administration of a guanidine compound in the animal, a respiratory irritation produced by the above method with animal models and to a method for screening a drug for the treatment or prevention of inflammatory respiratory tract using the same. Respiratory inflammation animal model according to the invention has the effect capable of providing accurate animal model for the study of respiratory inflammation, there is an effect that can be useful as a verification for the screening of drugs preventing or treating respiratory tract.
