摘要（英）：
The sensor element comprises a first and a second conductive electrode comprising interconnected carbon fibers. A first or at least one of the second conductive electrode is porous. The electrodes are separated by a porous dielectric layer comprising detecting the absorption adsorbent. Method of the method of manufacturing the sensor element and the analyte vapor analysis is also disclosed.
