摘要（英）：
There is disclosed herein a manipulation in vivo three-dimensional connective tissue construct containing connective tissue cells. In some embodiments, connective tissue cells, pluripotent cells, e.g., derived from mesenchymal stem / stromal cells. In some embodiments, the cells are aggregated with each other. In some embodiments, the pluripotent cells are exposed to one or more of the differentiated signal and provides a living body tissue three-dimensional binding construct. In some embodiments, the construct is substantially included in the preformed scaffold when in use. In addition, herein, the implant, in vitro array of connective tissue constructs for in the experiment, and a method for grafting are disclosed.
