Has excellent low-temperature fixing property, a can be obtained an image with a stable image density, which is the generation of image defect suppressing toner is provided. The toner, and each includes a toner base particles, and organic-inorganic composite particles, each of the toner on the base particles containing a binder resin and a magnetic material. Each of the organic-inorganic composite particles are embedded in the plastic resin particles, and a vinyl resin particles, and at least some of which include inorganic fine particles which are exposed. Volumetric specific heat and the specific heat capacity of the toner base particles of the organic-inorganic composite particles satisfies a predetermined condition.
