A unit pixel of an image sensor may include first to n-th photoelectric conversion portions, the first to n-th memory units and signal generating section. First formed is the first to the n photoelectric conversion units are stacked on one another, to one another in response to the optical signals of other wavelength bands generating a photo-charges respectively provided on the first to n-th storage node.
