기체의 분출 시간이 길어지는 경우라도 그 기체를 안정적으로 공급할 수 있음과 함께, 개변시의 응답성도 우수한 압전식 밸브를 제공한다. 압전식 밸브는 외부로부터 공급되는 압축 기체를 받아들이는 기체 압력실, 및 그 기체 압력실로부터 상기 압축 기체를 배출하는 기체 배출로를 갖는 압전식 밸브로서, 상기 기체 압력실에 배치되고 상기 기체 배출로를 개폐하는 밸브체와, 상기 밸브체의 동작에 필요한 구동력을 변위로서 발생시키는 압전 소자와, 상기 압전 소자의 변위를 확대시켜 상기 밸브체에 작용시키는 변위 확대 기구와, 프리펄스와 메인 펄스로 이루어지는 신호를 발생시키는 신호 발생부를 가지며, 그 신호 발생부에서 발생되는 상기 신호를 구동 회로에 대한 입력 신호로 하여 상기 압전 소자에 구동 전압을 인가하고, 그 압전 소자를 신장시켜 상기 밸브체를 개변 구동하는 구동 수단을 구비한다.

摘要（英）：

Piezoelectric valves from accepting the compressed gas supplied from the external gas pressure chamber, and the pressure of the gas chamber as a piezoelectric valve having a gas outlet for discharging the compressed gas, is arranged in the gas pressure chamber to the gas discharge and valve means for opening and closing, and the piezoelectric element for generating a driving force necessary for the operation of the valve body as a displacement, by expanding a displacement of the piezoelectric element made of a displacement increasing mechanism which acts on the valve body, pre-pulse and main pulse having parts of the signal generator which generates a signal, to the signal generated by the unit that signals occurring on the input signal to the drive circuit applies a drive voltage to the piezoelectric element, followed by elongation the piezoelectric elements modified drive the valve body provided with a drive means.
