摘要：
본 발명의 과제는, 고발광 효율이고 장수명의 유기 일렉트로루미네센스 소자이며, 특히, 연색성이 우수하고, 저구동 전압에서도 색도가 안정된 백색 발광의 유기 일렉트로루미네센스 소자를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명의 유기 일렉트로루미네센스 소자는, 기판 위에, 한 쌍의 전극과, 발광층을 포함하는 적어도 2층의 유기 기능층을 갖는 유기 일렉트로루미네센스 소자이며, 해당 발광층은, 호스트 화합물 및 인광 발광 도펀트를 함유하고, 해당 발광층 또는 그 인접층이, 양자점을 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
