본 발명의 과제는, 작은 구멍이나 통기 부분을 형성하지 않는 무공 백 포장이 가능하며 포장백 내에 벌레 등의 이물질이 혼입되지 않고, 또한 더욱 확실하게 탈기됨으로써 쌓아올릴 때나 운반 시 등에 있어서의 포장백의 손상이나 적하물 붕괴도 더욱 방지할 수 있는 포장기 및 포장 방법을 제공하는 것에 있다. 본 발명에 관한 포장기는, 탈기 노즐(3)이 삽입된 포장백(A)의 백 입구(a)의 부근을 포장백(A)의 표리로부터 각각 협압하여 폐색하는 폐색 수단(4), 기도 확보 수단(10), 정형용 압압 수단(20) 및 가부착 실링 수단(40)을 가지고 있다.
