In the exhaust system of an internal combustion engine, the output member (8) is configured to transmit the power generated by the motor (M) to the valve element (4) through the valve stem (5). Output shaft 19 is disposed on the central axis of rotation of the output gear 17 and output gear 17 rotatably coupled integrally with the ring. The longitudinal body 23 is disposed eccentrically and rotatably connected to the output shaft 19 integral with respect to the rotation center axis of the output shaft 19. A first accommodation chamber 41 accommodating at least a valve stem (5) to the longitudinal body (23). Second receiving chamber (42 to 44) accommodates at least a motor (M) and the output gear 17. The housing (3) includes a second storage chamber housing wall (W1, W2) for dividing the first receiving chamber (41) from (42 to 44). The housing wall (W1, W2) is an output shaft 19 of the first bearing for slidably supported in the direction of rotation (24, 25), a first bearing cylindrical first bearing supporting the outer circumference of 24,25 and a holder (81).
