본 발명은 시클로헥산 산화로 제조하는 시클로헥산올과 시클로헥사논의 생산공정에 관한 것으로, 먼저 이산소(dioxygen)를 이용해 시클로헥산(cyclohexane)을 무촉매 산화하고 시클로헥실 하이드로겐 퍼옥사이드(cyclohexyl hydrogen peroxide)를 주요 산물로 하는 산화혼합물을 생성한다. 다음으로 시클로헥실 하이드로겐 퍼옥사이드의 분해를 진행하여 해당 물질이 시클로헥산올과 시클로헥사논을 생성하도록 하고 다시 정류과정을 거쳐 시클로헥산올과 시클로헥사논을 얻는다. 시클로헥실 하이드로겐 퍼옥사이드 분해 시, 삼차-부틸 크로뮴산(Tert butyl chromate) 균일 촉매 분해 공정과 수산화나트륨 염기성 수용액 불균일 촉매 분해 공정을 결합한 3단계 분해 공정을 적용한다. 1단계는 삼차-부틸 크로뮴산을 촉매제로 균일 촉매 분해를 진행한다. 2단계는 저염기성의 조건에서 과산화수소 수용액 불균일 촉매 분해를 진행한다. 3단계는 고염기성의 조건에서 과산화수소 염기성 수용액 불균일 촉매 분해를 진행한다. 해당 생산공정은 총 회수율이 비교적 높고 연속 생산 주기가 긴 편이어서 소모량과 생산 원가가 낮다.

The present invention relates to cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone production process for producing a cyclohexane oxidation, first dioxygen (dioxygen) the use of cyclohexane (cyclohexane) to non-catalytic oxidation and cyclohexyl hydrogen peroxide (cyclohexyl hydrogen peroxide ) to produce an oxidation product mixture as a key. Next cyclohexyl hydro gen peroxide to proceed the decomposition of the obtained material is cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone and cyclohexanol to produce a non back through the rectification process and cyclohexanone. Apply butyl chromic acid (Tert butyl chromate) homogeneous catalytic cracking process a three step process that combines the decomposition of sodium hydroxide basic aqueous solution, the heterogeneous catalyst cracking process -cyclohexyl hydrogen peroxide decomposition, and tertiary. Step 1 tert-advances the homogeneous catalyst as a catalyst for decomposing chromic acid butyl. Step 2 proceeds in the heterogeneous catalytic decomposition of aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution of a low basic conditions. Step 3 proceeds the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide in basic aqueous solution, the heterogeneous catalyst and basic conditions. Its production process is relatively high total recovery is a long piece continuous production cycle then lower the consumption and production costs.
