Wire retaining structure includes a wire holder, the wire holder portion and the engaging portion. Wire holder retains and arranged plurality electric wire portion, comprises a rotary shaft at one end in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the plurality of wires. Includes a shaft supporting portion for pivotally supporting a plurality of insulation displacement terminal and the rotary shaft is attached to the wire holder portion and the wire welding, the wire holder is attached to the wire holder portion during rotation as pivotally supported by a shaft support.
