The present invention relates to an image obtaining device. The image obtaining device according to the present invention includes a pixel array which includes pixels, a controller which controls the pixels to simultaneously capture the image of an object by transmitting control signals of a first type, and a comparator which detects the movement of the object by comparing the output of a first pixel with the output of a second pixel. The controller controls the second pixel not to integrate light from the object when the first pixel integrates the light from the object and controls the first pixel not to integrate the light from the object when the second pixel integrates the light from the object, by transmitting control signals of a second type.
