The present invention relates to a well-being cauldron-type fryer capable of being equipped by an automatic purifying system. The cauldron-type fryer includes: a container that is in the shape of a cauldron and contains frying oil; and a frame supporting the container. The container is cast by iron to be manufactured, and is characterized by including a radiant matter emitting far infrared rays; an inlet hole in which frying oil is put; and an a discharging outlet that discharges the oil.
