It applied for injecting elastomeric material groups include an applicator body having a fluid inlet for receiving a supply of the internal bore and the elastomeric material. The nozzle has an outlet end having a spray outlet which is coupled to the applicator body via a fluid passage in fluid communication with the fluid inlet. The needle valve is mounted slidably in the inner bore for movement between an open position for opening the fluid passage for injecting a closed position and an elastomeric material for closing a fluid passage. The air cap is coupled to the applicator body adjacent to the nozzle for providing atomizing gas flow and the fan air flow control. The needle valve has a distal end formed so as to extend through the nozzle to the outlet end, and substantially the same height as the nozzle, when the needle valve in the closed position.
