The present invention relates to a method for waterproofing and fixing a shingle by using a film waterproofing material in which polyurethane or polyacrylic-based film waterproofing material (30) having 3-5 mm of thickness is coated on the top of a shingle layer (10) after performing a waterproofing and adhesion process on the top of an upper roof surface (20). Furthermore, the film waterproofing material is hardened for 20-28 hours after application and is applied 0.5-2.0 kg per 1 m^2.
