The present invention relates to an enyne derivative represented by chemical formula 1 and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a method for selectively manufacturing an enyne derivative with high yield by performing cross coupling reactions on halide derivatives and organic indium reagents produced in situ by making vinyl propargyl halide derivatives react with indium (In) under presence of palladium catalysts and to a novel enyne derivative manufactured by the method. (In chemical formula 1, R_1 and R_2 are the same as defined in the detailed prescription of the present invention.)
