The present invention relates to a method and a system for extracting each unique character sequence from a medium on which the character sequences are written in all kinds of natural languages including Korean, English, Chinese, and Japanese, and in which a computing device including a user terminal device obtains a specific script and parameters from the character sequence for executing. The system can include: a determining unit through which a program operated on the user terminal device obtains rules for image recognition; a user input unit through which the program obtains a user input; an environment information collecting unit through which the program obtains user information; an extracting unit through which the program extracts a unique character sequence from symbolic codes; an analyzing unit classifying or analyzing the extracted character sequence; and an execution unit executing the specific script. Accordingly, a user can extract each unique character sequence from written natural languages, symbols, figures, signs, and marks; and allow the user terminal to perform a specific operation, execute a specific application, download and execute a specific web application, or access a specific web site using indexes extracted from the character sequence and the collected environment information.
