The present invention relates to an outsole for running shoes. The outsole according to the present invention comprises: a front part (10) molded from compressed EVA materials and having a mounting groove formed in a widthwise direction on an upper surface; a rear part (20) molded from compressed EVA materials and having an air bag groove formed on an upper surface; and a shank part (30) connecting the front part and the rear part and molded from stronger materials than the front part and the rear part. The outsole further comprises a dual supporting member (14) for being inserted into the mounting groove, wherein the dual supporting member is composed of a shock-absorbing part (14b) formed at the inner side of a foot and the outer part (14a) of a foot. In addition, the outsole further comprises an air bag assembly (24) for being inserted into the air bag groove (22) to absorb a shock.
