Different domain (e.g., to achieve a natural homologous dimer (symmetric) effector function selectivity, and the resulting mutants stability of Fc two kinds of dimer and purity increases between the various Fc receptors involved in mediating beyond what can be achieved with Fc molecule for example, the scaffold having the asymmetric heavy chain is provided in the CH2 and CH3). This is a novel molecule comprises a composite of a heterologous component that is designed to change the natural way that the antibody is behavior and find use in the therapeutic agent.
