Disclosed is a method for producing a high-purity calcium compound. The method for producing a high-purity calcium compound, according to an embodiment of the present invention, is a method for producing a high-purity calcium compound by removing boron from a low-purity calcium compound, the method including the steps of: forming an aqueous solution of solid calcium carbonate which is a low-purity calcium compound; removing boron from the aqueous solution by using an ion exchange resin capable of adsorbing boron; and forming a solid calcium compound from the aqueous solution with boron removed.
