The present disclosure relates to an indoor mat comprising a first elastic member which has a first elastic force, and is formed of a plate-shaped foam member forming a lower layer to be in contact with a floor; and a second elastic member which is placed on and adheres to the first elastic member, and is formed of a plate-shaped foam member having a second elastic force stiffer than the first elastic force. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the indoor mat can improve user satisfaction of a product by easing a burden on the lower back or knee of a user by having the elastic members, can be easily manufactured to have various colors and shapes without additional manufacturing costs by freely changing the colors and shapes of the upper and lower elastic members, and also can improve performance of adhering to a floor when in use by using a relatively less stiff member as the lower layer.
