Disclosed are a method for manufacturing a napkin art product and a napkin art product manufactured thereby, whereby a napkin can be firmly attached to an object (base material) without being affected by moisture or the like by using a paint aid for ceramic or glass, which is harmless to the human body. For achieving this, provided is a method for manufacturing a napkin art product, comprising the steps of: coating a first paint aid on a base material; attaching a napkin on the paint aid; and coating a second paint aid on the napkin. The napkin art product is harmless to the human body, and even though the napkin art product is exposed to moisture, friction, and the like for a long period of time, the napkin can be stably attached to a base product without being separated from the base product. Further, the present invention can further improve decorative characteristics of the existing product, and is very effective in recycling the existing product or damaged product through the upcycling which is recently drawing attention.
